Happy Halloween!

We were all kitty cats except for A who was a mouse and K who was a scary skeleton. BTW, Chris made the skeleton costume and can I say two things 1. what a man and 2. what was suppose to be an "easy" costume wasn't. Hello? And notice the cute little girl in a pink princess outfit. Umm....Can I take her home? What a cutie. I especially loved Jason.....no I wasn't too sheltered as a kid, we saw all the scary movies growing up!

Oh, and a BIG THANKS to Mrs. Ockey for lending me her camera!

We did have a trunk or treat activity. It was short and sweet and yummy too and then we went around the block after that.

April, I would love a girl or two just for fun ;0)

Sara, my feet are feeling better. I rested from running for a month after the marathon to get things back into place. I only run a couple times a week and so far so good. I do feel something here and there so I think I'm going to put inserts into my 90 dollar, lame-o running shoes to help out with the slight pains here and there. But nothing bad. A huge change I made was to not run against traffic on the road. Instead I run with traffic on the road. I notice my right foot doesn't hurt anymore since I made that change. No problems on the left foot. My knees have gotten stronger so no issues there.

Jessica, my old friend, I hope to read messages from you more often since we've been friends for 18 years now. Wow.
