Was that your time? That is so amazing, you are my hero! I need some of your will power! It was so nice to get caught up on you guys again, we have missed it! That is too bad about the office woes. Reed's work is facing lay-offs, so who knows where we will be in the next few months. Your cute kids have grown so much, it is amazing how time flies! Owen is one of the youngest in kindergarten, his birthday is the end of July.

That's what I thought about Owen. I knew he was younger than K but didn't realize they would be in the same grade. He's tall and fits right in. I bet he's loving it. K absolutely loves going to school. He got hurt on Friday and was bleeding from his forehead but refused to stay home.
Well if you guys decide to move to Utah, that would be sooo much fun!! Maybe Chris can recruit him and we can get an extra 3000. haha. we'll treat you to dinner:)
That was my finish time. It's all I could type up this morning. Now that I've processed it a little more, I have more to say about it. It was fun now looking back at it but during the race, not so much. It's alot harder than I thought it would be but so happy I did it. For having only trained a month and half and being prohibited from being in a pool the last month due to the crypto parasite I had, I was happy with the outcome. I'll have the exact breakdown tomorrow but it went something like 15 minutes for the swim 2 minute transition 38 minutes for the bike 1:30 minutes for transition 32 minutes for the run. 400 meter swim, 9 mile bike, 3.1 mile run, in that order.

Wow - I wish everyone could have seen her! The boys and I got up early and watched her do the triathlon. It was exciting to see her jump in the pool when she started the whole race. I got a lot of good pictures and we will post them soon. It was fun to see her pass a bunch of guys on the swim part, you could tell they were a little disheartened.
